The final legal validation of the certification dossier remains the exclusive responsibility of the client entity.

7. Data Sovereignty & "Zero Training" Commitment
WASA Confidence is committed to the absolute impermeability of data flows:
- Confidentiality: Audited datasets and system logs are processed in a closed circuit.
- No Training Usage: We contractually guarantee that no client data is ever used to train third-party or public AI models (Zero Training).
- Data Destruction: A certificate of destruction for sensitive data is provided upon request after each targeted auditing mission.
